What is Aerial Yoga?


This type of yoga combines traditional asana and yoga philosophy with the use of aerial silks (hammock). 


This is an amazing way to unwind, let go and have some fun. Not only is it fun, but also extremely beneficial! It allows us to dive deeper in to each asana and our breath.


Aerial silks are made up of soft, stretchy material which molds to our body and allows the feeling of antigravity, taking us back to our childhood!


It is hung from the ceiling and almost reaches the floor, it is adjusted according to the persons height. And is able to hold the persons weight.

What to expect?

We will dive deeper into each asana not only developing flexibility but also strength!

Connecting our breath to our movements and bringing focus inwards even further. Becoming one with our breath and once again developing our connection to our body.

Together - We will learn how to fly!

Our Practice

During the practice we will learn how to use the silks to enter each asana safely, so don't worry if you have never done Aerial yoga before! You don't need to be flexible or very strong to do this class, we will build all of that together.


Practice consist of flexibility, strength and restorative asanas. And of course the most important - concentration, awareness of our breath and meditation.

  • Persons with high blood pressure (Unless they are on blood pressure medication and are cleared by the doctor).
  • Persons with heart problems.
  • Persons with high ocular hypertension.
  • Women during their second and third trimester.
